Invitation for the Second Innovation Lab of 2026

To: All licensed health facilities within the jurisdiction and the scope of competence of Dubai Health Authority. 

Dubai Health Authority appreciates the continuous support and cooperation provided by its strategic partners to improve the provision of health care services and ensure their quality to reach the best practices in this field through the establishment of a system based on effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency in the process of auditing health facilities in the Emirate of Dubai.

As an initiative of the Health Control Department and the Customer Happiness Department, we are pleased to invite you to attend the “Second Innovation Lab of 2026”, focusing on the inspection experience of private healthcare facilities.

The Innovation Lab aims to engage healthcare facilities in discussing current challenges and exploring ideas and development proposals related to the inspection experience.
